About My Challenge
Why I’m Doing the 2026 Push-Up Challenge
Let’s be honest… Most people take on a challenge for glory, fitness, or to prove something to themselves. Me? I’m doing the 2026 Push-Up Challenge for three reasons:
To get fit enough to carry all my groceries in one trip.
To finally win an arm-wrestling match against my sister.
Because apparently, Netflix doesn’t count as a sport.
Okay, jokes aside, this challenge is about more than just building biceps and perfecting my “I’m not tired, I’m just resting my eyes” face between sets.
I’m doing this to push myself and to raise awareness for mental health + suicide. Every push-up is a reminder that small, consistent actions can lead to big change, whether that’s in your body, your mindset, or your community.
The Challenge
Goal: 3,307 push-ups in 23 days
Method: Sweat, determination, and the occasional questionable push-up form.
Risk Factors: Sore arms, sudden bursts of pride, and an inability to pass a mirror without flexing.
How You Can Help
You can cheer me on, join me, or donate to support the cause. Or, if you’re feeling brave, try doing a few push-ups yourself, just remember, collapsing in a heap is part of the process.
By the end of this challenge, I’ll either be in the best shape of my life… or I’ll have the most impressive collection of “push-up face” photos you’ve ever seen. Either way, it’s going to be worth it.
So here’s to sore arms, strong hearts, and proving that in 2026, we’re all capable of a little more than we think.
