About My Challenge

The month of June is men’s mental health awareness month, as some of you know I lost my brother Angus to suicide in 2020. A sudden loss we never expected.

Angus’s birthday also falls on the 24th of June. I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days in memory of the man himself to raise awareness for men’s mental health and raising funds to support lifeline

Men need to know it’s not weak to speak, you matter and the world is a better place with you in it.

If you’re not in a position to donate thats okay!
For me this is more about raising awareness, if you could take a look at the cause or share this post I’d appreciate it a heap to #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
