About My Challenge

Hey! Im Guneet, a high school student participating in the pushup challenge this year for the second time.

As someone who's seen the effects of mental health in terms of illness and generally widespread across society, I believe its important that awareness is increased in something so serious which could affect anyone.

I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
