About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
Suicide is a silent crisis in our community, killing more people than the road toll and most forms of cancer each year. Yet there is still a taboo talking about it.
I'm participating in the challenge once again to help bring the suicide epidemic into the light, remove the stigma of mental health and raise vital funds for local services helping people in their darkest moments.
Supporting headspace Mackay
headspace Mackay is a welcoming, safe space for young people aged 12-25 years providing access, support & information for a broad range of concerns, including mental health, physical/sexual health, drug & alcohol concerns, employment & education and support for families & carers.
