About My Challenge
Every push-up has a purpose.
Suicide remains the leading cause of death for Australians aged 15 to 44—a heartbreaking reality that affects families, friends, and entire communities. Mental health struggles often go unseen, and too many people feel they have to face them alone.
That's why I'm taking part in The Push-Up Challenge—to spark conversations, raise awareness, and support vital mental health services. Every push-up represents a life, a struggle, and a chance to make a difference.
Together, we can break the silence, support those who are struggling, and remind people that help is always within reach.
Join me in making an impact. Let’s push for better—because every life matters.
