About My Challenge
I’m completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days as part of The Push-Up Challenge — one for every Australian life lost to suicide in 2023.
It’s a powerful way to raise awareness and funds for mental health — something that touches so many of us, including myself. Like many people, I’ve seen the impact of mental health challenges on friends and colleagues.
I’m doing this for my kids, for mates who’ve struggled, and for myself. Every push-up is a small act of strength — and a reminder that we’re stronger when we push together.
I’m proud to be part of “CX and the Pushity Push”, a team of colleagues from Cisco supporting each other rep by rep.
If you’re able, please consider donating. Every dollar goes to funding critical mental health services and initiatives across Australia.
Let’s #PushForBetter — together.
