About Our Challenge
This June, our team will be participating in The Push-Up Challenge to help raise awareness for mental health and support important conversations around wellbeing.
Throughout the challenge, we’ll be completing daily push-up targets while learning more about mental health and encouraging our community to get involved, support one another, and prioritise wellbeing. On the last day we will get together and encourage as many families and children to join us in completing these pushups.
Our goal is not only to raise funds, but also to create awareness, start conversations, and promote positive mental health within our centre and wider community.
We’re excited to take part together and make a difference — one push-up at a time!
Supporting Lifeline Melbourne VIC
Once again Lifeline Melbourne is proud to be part of The Push-Up Challenge, raising awareness for mental health and the impact of suicide in our communities.
Our dedicated volunteers answer over 30,000 calls to Lifeline’s 13 11 14 crisis line each year—providing vital support to people in their darkest moments. Funds raised through The Push-Up Challenge will help us train more Crisis Supporters and expand our education and training programs, giving individuals the skills to recognise and respond to those in crisis—whether that’s a friend, family member, workmate, colleague and anyone across the community.
Lifeline Melbourne has been part of the community providing vital support for over 55 years, and we’re committed to being here for generations to come.
Every push-up powers a life-saving conversation.
