Lifeline North Coast is proud to be a beneficiary of The Push-Up Challenge 2026, helping to raise awareness and vital funds for suicide prevention and mental health support.
Each push-up completed represents a life lost to suicide in 2024—3,307 lives too many. By taking part, you’re not only improving your own mental and physical wellbeing but also helping us provide life-saving crisis support, community training, and suicide bereavement services.

- Growing our suicide bereavement support, ensuring no family impacted by suicide has to navigate grief alone.
