Lifeline North Coast is proud to be a beneficiary of The Push-Up Challenge 2025, helping to raise awareness and vital funds for suicide prevention and mental health support.
Each push-up completed represents a life lost to suicide in 2023—3,214 lives too many. By taking part, you’re not only improving your own mental and physical wellbeing but also helping us provide life-saving crisis support, community training, and suicide bereavement services.
