About My Challenge

I'm taking on the challenge of completing 1,607 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

Mental health matters to me — not just as a cause, but as something that’s shaped how I see the world and myself. Everyone’s carrying something, even if you can’t see it. That’s why I’m pushing — for better conversations, better support, and better futures.
