About My Challenge
Hello!
Mental health is something that touches us all, and I'm stepping up for the Push-Up Challenge this June to do my part.
I'll be doing 3,214 push-ups to raise awareness for mental health and to honour those who have or are struggling with mental health.
It's a chance to challenge myself physically while contributing to a cause I care about and to remind everyone that it's okay to not be okay and help is available.

Supporting headspace Knox
headspace Knox offers young people aged 12-25 a welcoming environment where they can access confidential and free mental health support, health advice, and general information. We are a free service with a friendly team of workers who specialise in youth wellbeing. We offer young people tailored programs in mental health, groups, work and study support, GP services, learning to drive program, a DBT program and more.
