I'm participating in The Push-Up Challenge 2025, aiming to complete 3,214 push-ups over 23 days (June 4–26) to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
The number 3,214 represents the lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2023, highlighting the urgent need for mental health support and suicide prevention efforts.
This nationwide event encourages participants of all fitness levels to engage in daily physical activity, fostering conversations about mental health and supporting organizations like Lifeline, headspace, and The Push For Better Foundation.
