About My Challenge
I'm taking on the Push-Up Challenge by completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days—one for every Australian who lost their life to suicide in 2024.
This challenge is about more than fitness. It's about raising awareness, starting conversations, and supporting the mental health services that help people through some of life's toughest moments.
I'm fundraising for Lifeline, an organisation that provides vital crisis support to Australians every day. Lifeline holds a special place in my heart, and I've seen firsthand the positive impact that accessible support can have during difficult times. Their work reminds us that no one should have to face their struggles alone.

Lifeline is a national charity providing Australians who are experiencing emotional distress access to 24-hour crisis support, suicide prevention, mental health, and domestic and family violence prevention services.

Our experience has shown us that it is through connection that we can find hope. That’s why we are available 24 hours a day to listen without judgement to anyone in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, distressed, or experiencing a crisis. Each year, Lifeline receives over 1.3 million contacts to our crisis support services.
