ME AND MY CHALLENGE
This year, I’m participating in The Push-Up Challenge for the fourth year in a row to raise awareness and funds for Lifeline Australia.
Over the past three years, I’ve completed every push-up in the challenge and raised a total of $1244. This year, I’m taking part in it again with the PDHPE team at The Hills Sports High School.
Mental health is something that has personally affected my life. In the past, I struggled with severe depression and anxiety and I also know several people who have experienced mental health struggles.
That’s why this challenge matters so much to me. Charities like Lifeline help people through some of the hardest moments of their lives, and I want to give back to the organisations that helped me and so many others during difficult times.
Over 24 days, I’ll be completing 3,307 push-ups, representing every life lost to suicide in 2024, to help raise awareness and support for mental health in Australia. Every donation, no matter the amount, genuinely means a lot. Thank you for supporting me and helping ensure that nobody has to face their toughest moments alone 💙

Lifeline is a national charity providing Australians who are experiencing emotional distress access to 24-hour crisis support, suicide prevention, mental health, and domestic and family violence prevention services.
