About My Challenge
Hey all,
As many of you may already know - Lifeline plays a very important role in my life. Whilst being a telephone crisis supporter can prove challenging, it’s also an incredible privilege to be there to provide support to people in their darkest moments.
It’s not about having all the answers, but about creating a safe space where someone can be heard, understood, and supported through whatever they’re facing. No one should have to face their darkest moments alone.
That’s why this challenge means so much to me.
So I am taking part in the 2026 push up challenge. I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
By doing so, we can help ensure that these vital services remain available to anyone who needs them, at any time. Your support helps keep these conversations going, and can truly change, and even save, lives.
