About Our Challenge
This June, Orange Theory Mosman will be taking part in The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s Push-Up Challenge. Every day, we are there for those in crisis - helping people stay safe and supporting them to live connected, meaningful, and fulfilling lives.
Together, with the Push-Up Challenge and your support, we are raising vital awareness of mental health, the impact of suicide in our community and the supports available.
At Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney, we are here for our community - supporting those in need, building resilience, and working towards a future free from suicide, where positive mental health and wellbeing are within everyone’s reach.
