Fund-raising in support of Lifeline Canberra

I'm completing 1,654 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. 

This year, I'm rallying together with Navy People Branch to support Lifeline Canberra, which provides much needed help to people in crisis 24/7, and changes the lives of those experiencing thoughts of suicide. 

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by normalising talking about mental health, and funding much-needed services and initiatives.

Lifeline Canberra is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline Canberra and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on our local community.

Funds raised through this challenge enable Lifeline Canberra to continue providing critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker calls, and ensure any person in Canberra and across Australia who needs support know where and how to find it.
