About My Challenge
This June, I’m taking part in the Push-Up Challenge in memory of my brother, and for every family, friend and community member who has been impacted by suicide.
Over 24 days, I’ll be completing 3,307 push-ups to help raise awareness, start conversations around mental health, and support services that make a real difference for people doing it tough.
Mental health struggles and suicide leave a ripple effect far beyond the individual. This challenge is my way of honouring my brother’s life, his spirit, and the many people we carry with us every day.
If you’re able to, I’d really appreciate your support through a donation to my page. Every contribution helps fund mental health programs, support services, and suicide prevention initiatives across Australia.
Thank you for supporting something that means so much to me. 💚
Dedicated to: Josh - My beautiful brother
Supporting Lifeline South Coast NSW
Lifeline South Coast is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
