I'm completing 1,654 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
Full transparency I cannot do push ups but will be substituting with squats.
I am a couch potato and desk jockey, so even though my daily average will only be 55, this will be massive for me, as well getting up and down from my work chair!!
I have in the past and currently experience mental health issues and have also witnessed the effects of it on those around me. It can be both upfront and outwards or credibly invisible.
This profile set up ask if I want to set a fund raising limit, which feels kinda odd... but then I thought ( I don't know if I know 1654 people, but a the cliche of 'If everyone donated $1.....
