About My Challenge

I’m taking on 1,654 push ups in 24 days to support mental health in Australia.

This challenge is personal.

Over the past year, I’ve navigated significant change and pressure — both personally and professionally. Like many people, I’ve learned that mental health challenges aren’t always visible. You can still show up, deliver, and appear capable, while carrying a lot behind the scenes.

For me, this challenge is about turning that experience into something constructive — raising awareness, supporting access to resources, and contributing to a conversation that still isn’t always easy to have.

Mental health is something many of us are managing quietly, particularly in high performing environments where it can feel easier to keep going than to speak up.

If you’re in a position to support, I’d really appreciate it — whether that’s a donation, sharing this, or simply checking in with someone in your network.
