This June, a crew of Aussie Pokémon creators is teaming up for a challenge that actually matters — push-ups for mental health awareness across Australia. And we've made it Pokémon.
Here's how it works 👇
🔹 Base count: 111 push-ups a day — or 150 Monday to Friday
🔹 Then we rip a pack, and the cards decide the damage:
• No hit = +5 push-ups
• ex = +10
• AR / IR = +20
• SIR / HR = +35
• Chase card = you pick a creator to do an extra 50 😈
• GOD PACK = EVERYONE does +100 that day 💀
So yeah — pray for me, or don't 🥚
Real talk: I'm not in peak shape right now, so I'm scaling my numbers to what my body can handle and building up as the month goes. That's part of the point — mental and physical health are a journey, and showing the honest version matters more than the highlight reel.
