About My Challenge

I’ve signed up for The Push‑Up Challenge this June with the SA team. I’m aiming for the half target, which is 1,654 push‑ups over 24 days.

Part of this is just a personal stretch. I’m not sure I’ll get there, but I want to give it a go and use it as a reason to be a bit more disciplined physically over the month.

The other part is backing something that matters. Mental health is an issue across all industries, including ours. It can get pretty intense at times and it’s easy to carry that around without talking about it. Challenges like this are a simple way to keep the conversation open and support services that people do rely on.

If you’re interested in supporting it, donations go directly to mental health initiatives in Australia. No pressure at all, but I’d appreciate it.

Supporting headspace Mount Barker

For young people, by young people; a Youth Reference Group plays an active role in developing and evaluating programs, as headspace Mount Barker strives to amplify the voices and ideas of young people in the community. Highly skilled counsellors, engaging social programs, and community activities encourage young people to seek early intervention and strengthen their ability to manage their mental health and wellbeing in the future.
