About My Challenge
Hi there! I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
The various and daily struggles of many people around us can often slip our minds in this busy and bustling world. I'd like to use this challenge to address the reality of these issues by raising awareness and conversation, as well as to provide funding to the non-profit organisation Lifeline, dedicated to supporting our fellow Aussies when it is most needed.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

Our centre serves a vast area, covering all of Sydney south of the Harbour Bridge, extending to Strathfield, the Eastern suburbs and encompassing the entire Sutherland Shire. Now, more than ever, our community needs your support!
