About My Challenge

This year I'm completing 1,607 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. 

This target represents half of the 3,214 people who died by suicide in Australia in 2023 (the most recent stats).

So you might wonder why I join?

I have lost 2 of my loved ones in the past two years alone. Both men, both struggling under pressure, with no option to talk about weaknesses, or what they have gone through.
I personally also been fighting my own demons with times close to decide to chose the easy path and give up.
