Hey, we are taking on The Push-Up Challenge this year and would for love for you to join us.
We have joined the Pow Pow Community that has been set up to support mental health in the name of our colleague and great mate Joshy Powers.
The Challenge is to complete 3,307 push-ups in 24 days (June 3-26), but you can do half the target if you prefer. Should be a bit of fun. At headspace Albury Wodonga, we offer a range of services, including mental health support, counselling, and alcohol and other drug services.
Each year, we support hundreds of young people within Albury, Wodonga and surrounds to maintain a healthy headspace, and assist young people and their families and friends to access mental health and wellbeing support when they need it.
