About My Challenge
I've battled metal health for almost 10 years now. I know how hard the team at Headpsace work to provide mental health support for young people.
This year i'm completing 1,654 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

Supporting headspace Bunbury
At headspace Bunbury, we support young people aged 12 - 25 in our community. Young people can access free mental health support, work and study services and a GP at our centre. Donations made to headspace Bunbury will help us connect with even more young people and increase mental health awareness in our community.
