About My Challenge
I’m doing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness (and funds) for mental health — and I’d love your support.
Mental health is something really close to my heart. It’s touched my life in more ways than one — through friends, family, and my own experiences too. So when I heard about The Push-Up Challenge, I knew I had to get involved.
The number 3,214 isn’t random — that’s how many lives were lost to suicide in Australia in 2023. It’s heartbreaking, and it’s why I’m doing this. To help start conversations, break the stigma, and raise money for mental health support services that are literally saving lives.
If you can spare a few dollars, please consider donating. Or just send a bit of encouragement — both go a long way!
Let’s push for better mental health, together. 💛
Supporting headspace National

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
