About My Challenge
As most of you know, mental health is a cause that’s very close to my heart. I’ve seen firsthand the impact mental health struggles can have on people close to me, which is why I’m once again taking part in The Push-Up Challenge this year to raise awareness and funds for Lifeline.
Over the next 24 days, I’ll be completing 3,307 push-ups to help support better mental health outcomes across Australia.
You can show your support by making a tax deductible donation to my page. Every dollar raised helps fund much needed mental health services and initiatives, ensuring more Australians can access the support they need.
Any donation, big or small, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to everyone who supports me and this important cause.
Supporting Lifeline Northern Melbourne VIC
Lifeline Northern Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Northern Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
