About My Challenge

I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days for my lived ones, my friends, and every single person out there quietly battling with their mental health.

Mental health doesn't always look the way we expect. Sometimes it's the people closest to us who are struggling the most and sometimes we don't realise until it's almost too late. I've seen it up close, and I never want to feel helpless again.

So I'm doing something about it. Every push-up is a reminder that we can keep going even when it's hard. Every dollar raised helps fund the mental health services and support that so many Australians desperately need.
