About My Challenge

I'm completing the "3,307 push-ups in 24 days" to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. I will again do a lot more than the target, but only the 3,307 goes towards the count.
My first Push-Up challenge was in 2016, and I have done the last few also.

I work as a Registered Nurse and this is my 56th (Yes...fifty sixth!) year  still in the job. Please Join in and hopefully support me with a donation (it does NOT go to me... you will deposit it to the Event)

Please show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives (and with the present government, Mental Health in the population is at a record high!)

Note: I had a crush injury to my spine in 1986, so sit-ups can be a pain; a heart attack (so they tell me) in 2014... but they did not believe me.... and I continue on my goal of living to 150 years....

Dedicated to: To Everyone who Donated (or allowed donation from a loved one) to give Another Person a chance to a better future....

Supporting headspace

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.

Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.

The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
