I am doing the challenge as it brings awareness to current situations. It is great for team building and achievements while also making gains in personal health. I did this challenge last year for the first time due to the legends at work and I reckon I'll do it every year.Whether you are a staunch push up phinatic or a humpback whale doing your first push up this challenge is rewarding for all.
