Push-Ups With Purpose
This year I’m taking on 3,307 push-ups in 24 days as part of The Push-Up Challenge - combining two things I care deeply about: fitness and mental wellbeing.
I’m lucky to be doing this alongside an incredible community at my gym, with many of my gym mates also stepping up and taking on the challenge together.
Outside the gym, I live, work and breathe mental health and wellbeing. Through my work at Thrive Ability, I’m passionate about moving beyond awareness alone - helping equip people with practical tools, skills and strengths that help individuals and communities thrive.
Every push-up is a small reminder that proactive action matters.
If you’d like to support the cause, every donation helps fund vital mental health services and initiatives across Australia.

Supporting Lifeline Narrm VIC
Lifeline Narrm is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline Narrm and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on our local community.
Funds raised through this challenge enable Lifeline Narrm to continue providing critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker calls, and ensure any person in Melbourne and across Australia who needs support know where and how to find it.
