About My Challenge

I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. Mental health is a serious issue. People need real hope and care during these hard times. I too have experienced mental health struggles over the years. The support and care of others was profoundly impactful. However, I found a hope beyond what we are offered in healthcare. I found it through the Christian faith and who it's about, Jesus! Healthcare is important and crucial, but I found something even greater in Jesus. He is able to deal with the real issue.
