About My Challenge
Mental health challenges are something that most people will face at some point in their lives, even if not their own then supporting a friend or family member. Either way promoting awareness, openess and having hard/awkward conversations with people may mean the world to them. I am hoping that by participating in this challenge again this year I'll be able to not only push myself physically but have some interesting conversations with others.
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
