About My Challenge
I’m doing the push-up challenge with The Push for Better Foundation because I don’t ever want anyone to feel like they’re alone. Each push-up is a small reminder that people are seen, cared for, and not forgotten, even in their hardest moments. I’m taking part to support mental health, break the silence, and stand for the simple truth that no one should have to carry things on their own.
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
Supporting headspace
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
