About My Challenge

3,307 push-ups. 24 days. 3 countries. One cause that matters deeply to me.
Mental health has touched my life, and my family's life in the most devastating way. I've lost those close to me and my family to suicide, and watched the ripple of grief and pain spread through the people closest to me. This isn't a statistic. It's personal. It's our story. And that's exactly why I'm doing this.
I'll be completing 3,307 push-ups over 24 days across 3 different countries to raise awareness and funds for Lifeline Australia — an organisation providing 24/7 crisis support to people who are struggling.
Every dollar raised goes toward keeping those lines open — for someone who might be in the same dark place my friends were in. If this challenge can help even one person reach out instead of giving up, it's worth every rep.

Supporting Lifeline

Lifeline is a national charity providing Australians who are experiencing emotional distress access to 24-hour crisis support, suicide prevention, mental health, and domestic and family violence prevention services.

Lifeline exists to ensure that no person in Australia has to face their toughest moments alone.

Our experience has shown us that it is through connection that we can find hope. That’s why we are available 24 hours a day to listen without judgement to anyone in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, distressed, or experiencing a crisis. Each year, Lifeline receives over 1.3 million contacts to our crisis support services.
