I'm a 62yr old Veteran having served in the Royal Australian Navy for some 20yrs having posted on-board HMAS SydneyIV during the Gulf War Kuwait Conflict of 1990-1991.
I'll be completing the Alteranitive program including push-ups and a variety of exercises in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia and all our Navy crew Past and Present
