Lifes Getting Tough!
2025/26 Has been a Challenge and external Global Challenges are not making things easier!
3307 Push ups seems like a small price to pay to support mental health & suicide prevention.
For the First time in my life this year I had times that I wasn't able to rally myself and find that motivation to push thru.
It left me feeling Numb and simply not good enough.
It took my village to get me thru! My family, Friends, Work Colleagues and Health team, all combined to pull me thru a very challenging time.
IM SO LUCKY TO HAVE THIS SUPPORT!
But not everyone does, Thats why I'm putting myself (& and my shoulders) thru the torture of 3307 Push ups!
So Please get Behind Myself & the rest of the PT Pushers so that we can those dont have their Village find the support they require!
This is guna hurt! Bring it on!
Supporting headspace
