About My Challenge
This June I'm doing it again. 💪
Last year I completed 3,214 push-ups over 24 days as part of The Push-Up Challenge with The Empowered Man group — and it was one of the most rewarding things I did all year. So I'm back for 2026.
This year the target is 3,307 push-ups in 24 days (3–26 June). That number isn't random — it represents every Australian life lost to suicide in 2024.
Let that sink in.
Mental health affects every single one of us, whether we talk about it or not. The Push-Up Challenge is about more than just reps — it's about showing up, starting conversations, and raising real funds for people who need support.
I'm pushing toward an $800 fundraising goal and every dollar goes directly to mental health services and initiatives across Australia.
If you can spare even a small amount, I'd love your support. Donations are tax-deductible.
