About My Challenge
Dear Family and Friends, I've signed up to The Pushup Challenge this year and I think I'm going to need some encouragement and support. You know I do a bit of cycling for exercise, but the upper body doesn't get much work, and even the Colonel would reject these wings. So completing 1,654 push-ups in 24 days is going to be tough. That's an average of 70 a day.
The objective is to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia, something we all need to get behind, and something I want to support. So please get behind me with it of a cheer.
