I am a 12 year old girl always up for a challenge when I heard about this I just knew I had to do it although push ups have never been my strong suit I had to give it a try!
I'm completing 1,654 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

Supporting headspace Mandurah
At headspace Mandurah, we support young people aged 12 - 25 in our community. Young people can access mental health support, work and study services, various groups (Art Therapy and Sprinkles - LGBTIQA+), sexual health clinic and support for alcohol and other drug concerns.
