About My Challenge

Hello friends, family & anyone else who sees this.

I’m completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. As a therapist working in the mental health field, this cause holds a very special place in my heart. I see first hand the importance of mental health support, early intervention, and creating safe spaces for people to feel heard and supported. This challenge is my way of raising awareness, starting important conversations, and giving back to a cause that means so much to me. If you’d like to support me, you can make a tax-deductible donation through my fundraising page. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

Supporting Lifeline Newcastle & Hunter NSW

Lifeline Hunter is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.

Funds raised will enable Lifeline Hunter to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
