About My Challenge

I'm committing to 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

Mental health affects countless Australians every day, and unfortunately, I've seen firsthand the impact it can have on people. I've known people who have battled anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges, and it's heartbreaking to watch someone you care about struggle.

No one deserves to feel alone, and I don't want to see my friends, family, or anyone else suffer without access to the support they need. That's why I'm taking on this challenge—to help raise awareness, start conversations, and support services that can genuinely change lives.
