Year 7 — Push with Enthusiasm
Year 7, welcome to the challenge. We’re pushing forward with enthusiasm, curiosity, and the excitement of being part of the Sydney High community. Every rep we complete raises awareness for mental health and wellbeing, helping us start strong and support each other from day one.
We stand for teamwork, positivity, and giving our best. Every push‑up matters — and together, we’ll show what it means to push with enthusiasm.
Supporting The Push For Better Foundation
The Push For Better Foundation raises awareness and engages people in mental health through connection, education and health and wellbeing. We #pushforbetter.
