Building Strength, Connection and Wellbeing

Our school is taking part in the Push Up Challenge, led by our Student Wellbeing Action Team, to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing across our community.

This is an opportunity for students and staff to come together in a positive and active way, while building understanding of the importance of mental health support and open conversations. Every effort counts, whether it is a few push ups or the full challenge.

Participation will also contribute House Points, recognising involvement and encouraging team spirit across the school.

Supporting headspace

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.

Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.

The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
