About Our Challenge
Our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide each year and raise awareness of mental health. This is an important course that affects many of us in all aspects of life.
We hope to gather as many teams in Tasmania as we can, making a lasting impact.

Supporting Lifeline Tasmania
Lifeline Tasmania is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline Tasmania and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Tasmania to continue to support the local community through its suicide prevention services and ensure any Tasmanian who needs support knows where and how to find it.
