About Our Challenge
We train our clients to build structure, discipline, and identity, because we believe the body and the mind are inseparable.
This April, the Look Good Naked Co. team is taking on 28 days of push-ups to raise funds for mental health.
Dedicated to John, who we lost to suicide in December. John was loved, John mattered and John deserved better support.
At LGNC, we see every day how physical structure creates mental stability. How showing up for your body teaches men to show up for themselves. But we also know that for too many men, the weight they're carrying isn't physical; it's the invisible battle within. And they're carrying it alone.
That has to change.
Every push-up we complete this month is a rep for the men who are struggling in silence. Every dollar raised goes toward building better mental health support for Australians who need it.
Our goal: $5,000.
Our reason: John, and every man like him.

Supporting headspace
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
