About My Challenge

G'day! I'm Polly (aka Kris) I'm completing 3,214 bench presses in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

I will be raising funds to show my support and thank you to Headspace Townsville who has been a huge part of mine and my family's life since our daughter was diagnosed with teen depression. We were so fortunate to be able to find this organisation and work towards strengthening our daughters mental health and wellbeing. Working together, we have saved her life.

They have shown us ongoing support and provided us with the tools to support our young daughter through teen depression.

Without them, we truly were lost. Teens go through so many things these days and to be able to help save a life, well I don't think there's a greater feeling of success than that.

They are an amazing organisation.

Young people aged 12 to 25, as well as their family and friends, can visit headspace Townsville for support. headspace provides free, confidential health services to young people with key focus areas of mental health, alcohol and other drugs, education and employment support, and physical and sexual health.
