Why i'm taking on this challenge
I, Jayden Taylor, am challeging myself to complete the full Pushup Challenge.
I will be pushing myself to complete 3,307 pushups in 24 days from the 3rd-26th June to symbolise the 3,307 lives lost to suicide in the last recorded year (2024).
I'm competing in this challenge to raise awareness for mental health issues and general wellbeing, as it can be an issue anyone you may know can be affected by. wether its your closest friends or family and relatives. As humans we all have to look out for one another.
I have personally chosen Headspace Southport as my charity of choice when you donate to my page, as they are my local, and because they have helped my family members before.
HOW YOU CAN HELP: i would appreciate any donation no matter the value . Every $ counts and if everyone that reads this sends only $1 it can help me reach my fundraising target.
I will be doing my best to complete approximately 138 pushups per day, including 160 pushups on my birthday to complete this challenge. everyone who donates will get a email from me as a special thank you for donating and helping me complete this goal.

Supporting headspace Southport
headspace Southport, located on Yugambeh land, is a free mental health service that supports young people aged 12 - 25. At our centre, young people can access free and confidential mental health support, non-judgemental support around drugs or alcohol, access a free GP, and get practical support with work and study. Donations made to headspace Southport will support our Groups programs, which helps young people learn new skills, understand themselves, connect with like-minded people, feel supported and have fun!
