About Our Challenge
This June, lets take on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Taking part in The Push-Up Challenge in honour of mental health awareness and in memory of a dear friend Ben Henderson whose loss continues to leave a lasting impact.
This challenge is more than just physical strength, it’s about starting conversations, supporting those who may be struggling, and reminding others that no one has to face life’s battles alone.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our Team to be a part of the fun. Headspace in Sunshine or Lifeline is melbourne are the donating options.

Once again Lifeline Melbourne is proud to be part of The Push-Up Challenge, raising awareness for mental health and the impact of suicide in our communities.
Our dedicated volunteers answer over 30,000 calls to Lifeline’s 13 11 14 crisis line each year—providing vital support to people in their darkest moments. Funds raised through The Push-Up Challenge will help us train more Crisis Supporters and expand our education and training programs, giving individuals the skills to recognise and respond to those in crisis—whether that’s a friend, family member, workmate, colleague and anyone across the community.
Lifeline Melbourne has been part of the community providing vital support for over 55 years, and we’re committed to being here for generations to come.
